Order Confirmation Checking on Order Status Order Confirmation IRR provides you with an on-line Order Confirmation as well as an E-mail Order Confirmation. Your order will also be in the Sales Order History screen immediately. IRR sends several e-mail notifications regarding your order. You will receive an e-mail order acknowledgement immediately after you place your order. Before shipment, you will receive additional notifications regarding your order including:
• An email confirmation of the IRR items ordered and information on any necessary permits (if applicable) that may be required for shipment. All orders are subject to CDC approval before shipment.
• An email Shipment confirmation notice once the order is ready to ship. You may be asked to confirm you are ready to receive the material before shipment. Recipients outside the United States will need to confirm that all documents are in place for shipments to their respective countries. Please respond at your earliest convenience to avoid any delays.
• An email containing shipment information including a tracking number will be sent to you once the package has shipped. Please use this number to track your shipment to the indicated destination.
